EVOLUTION

TAP. delivers wine from vineyard to glass using innovative stainless steel cylinders that preserve freshness, flavour, and sustainability. Each 20-litre cylinder replaces the need for 26 individual glass bottles—dramatically reducing packaging waste, transport emissions, and the environmental impact of single-use materials. By working with a select group of local and international winemakers, TAP. ensures each cylinder is filled at the source, sealed to lock in quality, and transported directly to bars and restaurants across Australia. Poured from custom ceramic towers, TAP. wine arrives as the winemaker intended—fresh, complex, and without compromise to the planet.

The brand identity needed to honour the grassroots, community-driven spirit of the project and speak to both eco-conscious wine lovers and conservation advocates alike.
